Return Procedure

If you receive a physically damaged product during shipment, capture a photo and promptly email it to our customer service team for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We prioritize your satisfaction and strive to address such incidents promptly.

Our return policy allows for a 3-day window, starting from the day you receive the item, to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the items. If you notice any defects, or damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly address the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges

For a swift resolution, return the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Order Cancellation

Full cancellation is permitted; however, partial order cancellation is not allowed. To request a cancellation, contact our customer care helpline +91 8662441244 within 12 working hours of placing the order.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing time may vary, and your bank or credit card company may take some time to complete the refund. We appreciate your patience and support in this matter. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, kindly provide your account details and a copy of the canceled cheque to mail id.
